Review for The Villas Apartments

this place is a discrace , when i moved in I was upset to find roaches crowling on the floor. when I complained about the durty and buggy appartment all they did was send a maintnence man to the appartment with a bottle of walmart bug spray . he told me to buy a bottle and spray every day . i should have left then . because it got worse they go in and out of your appartment when you are not there , or when you are sleeping. the bug problem has gotten real bad . except now they are telling me it came from me even though I complained the second day there. they degrated me harrased me . I have never missed a rent payment. but now they treaten to get my children taken away from me , for a problem they have not taken care of . they also are charging me with the exstermination of the building. The manager tammy , likes to hide when you need to talk to her ,she takes weeks to get back to you and when she does all she does is go off at the mouth . calling everyone trash. lazy oh she likes to tell you to shrub your walls with lisal I need to smell lisal when I come in here. If your fat shes gonna have a problem, if she cant fuck you shes gona have a problem. She also has her imachore daughter working in the office you will often find her at the desk looking lost. when i first met her she had peircings everywere, and multi colored hair. but beware of the tall blonde at the desk she is nice to your face but will done right stab you in the back. the maintnece guys are nice i feel bad they have to work with a bitch like tammy. But they do take weeks if they come at all to fix something and they still dont fix it. my utility bill went from $75 to $800 . turns out the toilet running that I reported months ago has been the problem. they finally came and fixed it. dont let your kids ages 7,8,9, play out side enless you are watching they will try to get them taken away even though they are the best dressed kids out there . Oh by the way social services says they are old enough to be out there , as long as you know were they are. and all the claimes have been found not relevent to my raising of my kids. so please dont move in here , this has got to be the worse place for even your dog to live.
