Review for The Villas Apartments

Your absolutely correct!!! The utilities are ridiculous!!! Heating and hot water will run you close to $200 a month. You will need to keep the heat on because of the gaps in the walls and doors where cold air comes into. Im constantly spraying my apartment for bugs. I've seen bugs that I haven't ever seen in my life, not even on the discovery channel. Cars are constantly getting broke into, and vandalized. You also can hear everyones conversation in the hallways. You can smell other peoples cooking and cigarette smoke inside your apartment. Don't walk in the grass, because people let there dog crap everywhere. I stepped in dog crap just going to the trash and mailbox. Don't use the laundry room, cause if you do, you will probably end up with dog hair all over your clothes. People leave the mats jammed in the main door for easy access without a key. Maintenance men here will do a terrible job just patching up issues instead of fixing them. The Villas Apartments in New Castle Delaware should be the LAST place you should choose to move to!!!!!!
