Rents are cheap and you get what you pay for.

The Wallingford building inspector refers to them as "baidaid maintenance".

Difficult to get a hold of for any maintenance issue. Although they do respond quickly, the repairs are only enough to fix the current problem. Workmanship of repairs is poor. You'll have to call them to repair it again soon enough.
