Sewer Backups, College Kids (parties and brawls) making noise all night, a Shooting, No Parking (late at night), the floors creak and squeak so loud you cannot hear a telephone conversation. Management is poor, although maintenance in the apartments, when you need it, is good.

The re-modeled apartments are over-rated. The kitchens are nice, but lack counter space, and the bathroom is horrible (the same 1970's vintage bathtub).
