One of the better apartment complexes in Boulder. Clean units, good appliances, decent parking. Fireplace always a plus. Large bedroom and closet. Decent rent considering its Boulder. Great upkeep on the units. Also good location, stores and restaurants close.

BPM is a good property management company for these apartments. Staff was very helpful in helping us find it.
