Review for Balmoral Apartments

Wow, what a beautiful place and wonderful staff Balmoral offers. This has been the best community that I have ever lived in. They offer a warm and friendly atmosphere that you can only feel in a small residential complex. That’s exactly what is offered here ?. I have enjoyed my time here and much of this is due to Leanne and her dedication to the property and people living there.
There was only one other person that lived in my apartment before I moved in. I had to ask Leanne during my move in if this was a model and if anyone had ever lived here. This apartment was IMMACULATE. I could not believe that anyone had lived here. The carpets still had all of the swirl markings in it from the shampooing, the cabinets sparkled, the paint job was flawless and I was completely amazed at how remarkable the apartment looked. If I did not know better, I would have bet that this unit was new and I was the first one to live there. Bravo Leanne and Gilbert for the attention to detail and making my choice to live in your community an easy decision.
Since Balmoral has full time maintenance staff, I never had to wait for more than 12 hours to have service done in my apartment (unless parts had to be ordered). Anytime Gilbert, Leanne or Walter came into my apartment, they took their shoes off or used shoe covers to ensure the carpets would not get dirty. I also had Balmoral clean my carpets regularly and this left my apartment free from any carpet stains, damage and with a clean fresh smell that I was able to enjoy. I had a back injury in high school and frequently laid on my carpeted floor to ease the muscles in my back and appreciated the fact that the carpets were clean and free from anything I did not want my face to be near.
It has been about a year since I have purchased my home and moved away from Balmoral, but I will never forget my experience there. I miss the frequent train rides that I used to take to San Francisco, and close proximity to everything while living here. I mostly miss being able to call Leanne to have a repair or service done to my apartment. I have found that contractors are not dependable, cost a ton of money to have any type of work done (I had to pay a plumber $300 to come to my house to snake my kitchen sink and it took about 35 minutes) and do not take the time nor pay attention to detail as I have become accustomed to at Balmoral. The plumber that worked in my kitchen had big dirty work boots on and scuffed the entry hall and kitchen floor while working in my home. As I have said before, Balmoral has set a standard that is hard to follow. I would have stayed living in this little oasis forever had I not found a home to purchase.

If you take the time to view the property, you will quickly see how welcoming the property and staff are at Balmoral. I did and have great memories of my time there.
