Just Ok
Very hot during the summer, They will fix things on time but never fix it right!! Let's face it they hire the cheapest people they can!! But over.... The Terrace Apartments

has a few problems but overall it's pretty good
The parking is awful - not enough visitors parking and very crowded for residents also. I feel very safe there, in fact too many doors are kept loc.... Emerald Isle

Like Living in an Oven!!!
This place does not have central air conditioning in the apartments. They have those wall air units and during the summertime in North OC. Its like.... The Terrace Apartments
