Review for Capitol Hiill Apartments

The parking is TERRIBLE. Not enough spaces for tenants, mush less visitors. There are parking spaces in front of crosswalks, imparing access to your building. The apartment is poorly constructed, and everything is made of cheap materials. The closet doors open to the inside, restricting storage space. There are NO overhead lights in the bedrooms. There are lights switches on the walls, but they do not turn anything on, and if you want lights, you must supply them...and they then become property of Capitol Hill. The apartments are listed as LUXURY, yet there are no anemities at this complex that meet those standards. The rent is OUTRAGEOUS, and I intend to move as soon as my lease runs out! Overall, this is not the type of apartment i thought it was going to be. I am very disappointed. The apartment manager does not have a clue about the apartment renting business. Thumbs down.....ALL THE WAY!!!!!!
