Rented: From 2006 To 2008

It's been a couple of years ago, but I was a lucky resident of LaPatio for about 2 years. I had unit 13...on the 3rd floor in the corner...the best location because of the high ceilings and location of the balcony,etc. There are too many attributes to mention here...but the pool below and the layout of the unit...are two of the great features. The two greatest features, however, are the owners...Stanley and Maria...they live off-site, but they take a personal interest in the property and really care about the residents. Gordon and Leslie,on the 2nd floor have been at LaPatio for more than a decade..perhaps two decades! Anyway, if you pay the rent on time,you'll enjoy a fine hidden paradise amoung great surroundings...but if you dont pay...you go away! Thats why I left...evicted!
