Great Location For A 1 Bedroom

I moved here last year not knowing anything about Alaska. I had to move for a job transfer. My time at continental has been pleasant.
Pros:
Maintenance requests were all done quickly and the property was clean and quiet. If I ever need an apartment again this would be the first place I would go to. The manager was really helpful. He gave me a bed when I didn't have any furniture to sleep on or use and helped me figure out what was wrong with all my a/v equipment.
Cons:
It’s right in the middle of mid town which is nice for city people but I need a bunch of land to play on.
