Rented: From 2008 To 2009

I rented a 2BR/1BA apartment at 1413 E. Fairview Ave for $600/month-- what an incredible location for that price! The interior was beautiful- hardwood floors, carpeted sunroom, etc. The bathroom and kitchen needed some updating (no dishwasher!), but it was worth it. The landlord was very responsive and any problems were quickly fixed.
