can i leagally break a lease because of job transfer
My husband and I moved to mississippi for his work, recently hes being transfered back to florida and we'er stuck in a lease. Is there any laws in the state of mississippi that say we can break our lease because of a job transfer and not be penalized

well i don't think so
about a year ago we had to break our lease because my mom died and at the time i wasnt old enough to live on my own so i moved in with a family and the state told us we had to move to make room for the new members of their family and we couldnt get around it
but i wish the best of luck to you
i hope your state laws are much diffrent then ours
